Located in Anderson, IN (outside Indianapolis)
VIN Number: JNKNG01D8RM267961. I have a CARFAX available upon request. It has a clear title with NOTHING strange in it.
Please note the pictures are very large to show detail (2272x1470 pixels, around 1.5 mb each picture). Upon request.
This is a perfect example of how a Q45 should run. I have done a lot of maintenance to the car in my possession which has been since 119,500 miles.
Everything that needed replaced was replaced and now the car runs perfect. It puts out 300hp (don’t believe the 278hp rating, browse the rest of the site for full details), and still gets 22mpg on the highway at about 75mph.
Highlights and interesting facts about the car.
Here’s a full list of everything that has been replaced. Download this file: Service Records.xls (Microsoft Excel file)
Now for the bad:
As you can see in the pictures, the cosmetic condition isn’t the best. Exterior has many scratches, but nothing terrible. The paint still shines nicely. In the pictures you will notice the front of the car has many specks, and a lot of that is from bugs I haven’t gotten off yet. There are some rock chips on the front but nothing severe. There is a large scratch on the back quarter panel, and I will try and have that touched up, as that’s the real only eyesore on the whole car exterior.
The interior is not in the greatest shape.
I was planning on doing a full custom interior to the car, but I didn’t
have the money and the time. I got
quote for around $300 for just the front seats to be redone, and that would make
the interior nearly perfect. On the
drivers side B pillar there is a small crack in the vinyl.
Other than that, the interior is perfect.
Carpets are as new, as well as the door panels and dash.
There are no mechanical flaws. The only “issues” (and they’re not because if they were I would have dealt with them) is the EGR is not operational right now, but here in Indiana that doesn’t matter since we don’t have emissions testing. However, if you would like this replaced (throws a check engine light sometimes) I will work out something. Also, the TCS relays have just failed, and those will be replaced (you notice the SLIP and TCS lights are lit on the dash). The transmission shifts perfect and the engine runs as smooth as silk.
If a well maintained car is what you are after, this is it. This car will be cheaper for you to own than a Honda, and you'll be driving a $50,000 luxury car.
