VH POWER has its own proprietary tune, dyno confirmed 30HP gain with our popular stage II program!  This is not a copy of JWT or any other tuning company's tune, we did our own research and development to provide the most powerful tune without compromising anything that could possibly harm your engine!

You simply ship us an ECU, we will provide the programming services, and return your ECU.  Turnaround time is roughly 2-3 weeks.

Our ECU tuning capability is only for 90-93 ECU's (8 bit) ECUs.  Tuning for 94-95 ECU's is being researched, if you have any information on 94-95 VH45DE ECU tuning, please contact wes@q45.org.   We simply provide our reprogramming services to your stock ECU.  You must make sure you send us a 90-93 ECU otherwise we cannot program your ECU.

So what's this about a "switcher ECU"?

VH Power provides its customers with ECUs that have the capability to hold more than one program.  This allows for added safety and allows us to take our programming to the limit. 

We offer the following programs to our customers.  Pick 2 of the following:

1.  Stock

2.  Stage II- This our base program, +30HP.  Retuned fuel and timing maps to provide max power while still providing a margin of safety.  This program can safely replace your stock program, it was tuned using 91 octane.  91 Octane must be used at all times.  The program still utilizes the factory detonation sensors, as well as timing reduction during an overheat condition (coolant temperature over 195*F).  Fuel mileage typically increases, however it never will decrease (except you won't be able to keep your foot out of the gas!!)

3.  Valet- A VH Power special!  Limits RPMs to 3000 RPM and speed to 60MPH.  Prevent those valet's or mechanics from hurting your vehicle!

4.  Stage III- Our MAX HP POWER.  This program is designed to run with 91 octane fuel, and provides up to 40 HP over stock!  Has modified fuel and timing maps, even over stage II.  However, this program bypasses factory knock sensors as well as the oxygen sensors under heavy acceleration.  In short, if detonation occurs under heavy acceleration the ECU cannot compensate for it.  Therefore, we only offer stage III with stage II or stock.

VH Power's proprietary design.  Our plate will allow you to bolt any VH45 to a Z32 5 speed transmission.

NOTE:  WE ARE STILL IN THE TESTING PHASE.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TEST A PLATE AT A REDUCED COST, INQUIRE NOW!

Our plate is made of 0.25" A36 steel, so equally strong as those aluminum plates, but eliminates the need to to machine the bell housing, and it will not change the mounting due to the low thickness.  Essentially, the plate mounts to the engine using custom machined M14 flat head screws, and the transmission slides on to studs welded into the rear of the plate (not shown in above photo), allowing for perfect matching of the input shaft and clutch.

The kit includes everything you need to mount the transmission to your car.  Longer flywheel bolts may be needed.

Note: Using the stock flex plate spacer on the VH45DE works well to space the flywheel out on this setup, hence no spacer required.

Espelir Springs for 90-96 Q45.

Currently, these are the only lowering springs available in the US for Q45s.  These will lower your car approximately 1.5 inches while still providing adequate ground clearance for daily driving, and a smooth ride that we're all accustomed to with Q45s.  These springs are made by a luxury autosports company for luxury cars, so you can expect them to supercede in quality over companies like Eibach.  Please send me an email to wes@q45.org for more information.
